A Study On The Prefectures And Counties Of Xinjiang Province Magistrate Group In Qing Dynasty

As the country's grass-roots administrative regions,state magistrate occupies an important position in the state power.Country's stability depends on the state officials across the country.State magistrate is known as "close relatives" or "parent".Qing Dynasty Guangxu ten years(1884),Xinjiang changed the province where set up around the county office and gradually improved the administrative construction.Through the election of all levels of administrative officials,it had established the official approach and regulations.The government replaced the upper ranks of the aristocracy of ethnic minorities in the past military system.Xinjiang became the highest local chief executive and consolidated the rule of the Qing government,then laid the foundation for the future development of Xinjiang.The author takes the county magistrate of Xinjiang province as the research object and uses relevant historical documents,archives,local records as the basic methods.First of all,this paper inspects the characteristics of the prefectural government in Xinjiang before and after the province which related to the prefectures,births,nationalities,tenure.Then analyzes the effect of the governance of the county and reflects the change of the local governance before and after the province of Xinjiang.The author tries to reveal the historical development process behind the administration of the county in Xinjiang.Through the summary,the author would also like to review the Qing Dynasty Xinjiang provincial governor of Xinjiang provincial government governance,to provide inspiration for the current management and construction of Xinjiang.
