| In recent years,as Chinese hot spots continue to heat up,the demand for overseas Chinese language teaching for local Chinese teachers is increasing.Not only is the rapid development of Chinese language teaching in various countries or regions,but also because local Chinese teachers are more aware of the teaching concepts,rules and regulations of local education,and are familiar with the difficulties and hardships of local students in learning Chinese,and can provide effective solutions for students.As a result,the cultivation of overseas native Chinese teachers has become a particularly prominent task in the process of the development of Chinese language overseas.In this paper,the author used a one-year Chinese teaching experience at the Confucius Institute at the University of Havana in Cuba to conduct questionnaire surveys,personal interviews,and classroom observations with existing native Chinese teachers to gain insights into classroom teaching of native Chinese teachers at the University of Havana in Cuba.It sums up the teaching features of Cuban native Chinese teachers that are worthy of reference by Chinese teachers in classroom teaching.It also points out the common teaching insufficiency of local Chinese teachers and puts forward suggestions for improvement.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background of this topic,its research significance and research purpose,as well as the current research status of overseas Chinese teachers and the current research status of native Chinese teachers in classroom teaching.The second chapter is a survey of the status quo of Cuban native Chinese teachers,including a description of the design of teacher surveys and explanations and outlines of the basic personal information of Cuban native Chinese teachers.It starts with several factors that affect the classroom teaching of Chinese teachers in Cuba.The questionnaire survey was conducted on five aspects including the gender and age composition of native Chinese teachers,the highest academic record composition,their own majors,and the teaching age of Chinese teachers,as well as teaching work attitude.The third chapter describes and displays the classroom teaching of native Chinese teachers through questionnaires,interviews,and lectures,including the introduction of classroom teaching in class teaching and the display of teaching methods and consolidation activities for new words,grammar,and text content.In chapter 4,the author combines the actual cases of native Chinese teachers and the classroom teaching display in Chapter 3.The author summarizes the characteristics of classroom teaching of Chinese teachers in Cuba,and separates them from the contents of classroom teaching,methods of classroom teaching,and the purpose of classroom teaching.Summarized.In the fifth chapter,based on the author’s own previous investigation and analysis,he put forward personal suggestions for the native Chinese teachers in Cuba and their classroom teaching.The sixth chapter is the conclusion part.The conclusion part is a summary of the writing of the full text,as well as the writing process and the inadequacies of the paper.This paper hopes to contribute to enriching the relevant research of overseas native Chinese teachers.It also hopes to provide suitable teaching suggestions for classroom teaching of native Chinese teachers in Cuba in order to help Chinese language teaching develop better in Cuba. |
