A Report On Volunteers Chinese Teachers To Thailand Of The Team Of Guangxi In 2017

The author of this thesis chooses 66 volunteers Chinese teachers who sent by the team of Guangxi to Thailand as research subjects and conducts survey of both their adaptation to work and their adaptation to local life through interview and questionnaire.Then this author conducts an analysis of the status quo of volunteers Chinese teachers in Thailand based on the data acquired from the survey results in a bid to provide suggestions and reference for"The Belt and Road" language communication planning and "Program for Volunteers Chinese Teachers to Thailand”.Therefore,this thesis consists of four parts.The first chapter expounds the source of the topic of this article,the research status,the significance of the research and research methods.The second chapter surveys the work and living conditions of volunteers for Chinese teachers in Thailand.The author combines her own teaching experience in Thailand and interviews with some volunteer teachers,and the following aspects to be investigated:the teaching situation of Chinese teacher volunteers;the literacy of Chinese teachers volunteers;the adaptation of Chinese teachers volunteers;the psychological adaptability of Chinese teachers volunteers.The author finally analyzed the results with charts.In the third chapter,the author has requested the comments of Chinese language teachers volunteers for soliciting "The Belt and Road" language transmission plan and "Program for Volunteer Chinese Teachers to Thailand".The author summarized all the opinions of Chinese teachers volunteers.In conclusion,it not only provides a valuable reference for the development of language communication programs but also the development of "Program for Volunteer Chinese Teachers to Thailand".The fourth chapter summarizes the research results and deficiencies of this article.The author also hopes that these suggestions will provide substantive assistance for future Chinese teachers volunteers to Thailand,and also make contribution to "The Belt and Road" language communication plan and "Thai Chinese teacher volunteering".
