The Influence Factors Of Chinese Volunteer Teachers Overseas Teaching Investigation

This study adopts the method of questionnaire and interview, and during the investigation and understand all relevant data, about 74 volunteers in Thailand in Thai Chinese language teachers of Chinese language teaching status to the investigation of the comprehensive and objective. This article objectively reflects the Thai Chinese teaching situation, the achievements and existing problems, and do a thorough analysis, and in view of the problem put forward the corresponding solutions, hopes for the future of the Thai Chinese teaching work, and volunteers to help teachers teaching Chinese.The article points out that Chinese volunteer teachers on Chinese teaching in Thailand during this period, the overall teaching basic smoothly, but the survey found, volunteer teachers in the Chinese teaching of actual will face some difficulties, such as language communication obstacles, lack of experience in teaching, the classroom order is difficult to management, school of Chinese language teaching not value, etc.Article can ascend to the Thai Chinese volunteer teachers teachers’ teaching ability put forward the following Suggestions: 1. China and Thailand the depth of the cooperation between the ministry of education in Chinese teaching, Chinese can give corresponding support on policy; 2. Hanban to further improve the training content, strengthen the management of the volunteer work; 3. The volunteer teachers to pay attention to your growth and strive to improve their comprehensive quality.
