Latin dance is a multiple joint muscle groups involved in the movement and developing very rapidly in China,the Latin dance contestant's technical level and competitive ability of our country has made great progress,but also has the very big disparity from the world's top players.Today's Latin dance is heading for complicated rhythm,speed,strong power,rotating direction,this is for domestic player's physical ability put forward higher requirements,and balance ability is an important component of physical fitness,also is one of the five major evaluation factors of WDSF2.1 scoring system.Balance by the visual system,vestibular system and proprioception together to coordinate control system,the current domestic Latin dance contestant balance ability training is still dependent on traditional dance training method,and most of the Latin dance contestant to functional training attaches great importance to the strength and speed training,and ignore the training of the nervous system.This study attempts to explore the relevant training methods of Swiss ball to improve the athletes' proprioception system and improve the balance ability of athletes.This article USES the literature material law,expert interview method,experimental method,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods,with Beijing sports university art college class of 2016 Latin dance Latin class 20 players as the research object,the Swiss ball training program to join Latin class routine training for eight weeks of training.The results show that:(1)the four indexes(static stability,dynamic stability,dynamic proprioception evaluation and special balance)before and after the experiment of Swiss ball training(static stability,dynamic stability,dynamic proprioception,and special balance)were tested,and the difference was: the static stability of the left foot 28.67% and the right foot.Static stability was 29.21%,left foot dynamic stability 54.70%,right foot dynamic stability 57.18%,left foot proprioception 31.71%,right foot proprioception 33.71%,general balance 6.17%,super balance 7.57%,counterbalance 7.62%.(2)the Swiss ball training has a significant effect on the individual dynamic and static balance and the proprioception of the Latin Dancer.Through the mobilization of the nervous system and the enhancement of the core strength and the strength of the deep muscle group,the self-regulation ability of the body is improved.(3)the general strength training in the dance class can also have a positive impact on the balance ability of the athletes,but the effect is not significant,and the ability to improve the balance is not pertinent.(4)the athletes' dynamic and static balance ability and proprioceptive sense need to be effectively improved through long-term scientific training.In the short term,the Swiss ball training can not open a significant gap with the general strength training.(5)Swiss ball training can effectively improve the general balance ability of Latin players,while the general strength training in dance lessons is not very effective.(6)Swiss ball training and general strength training can effectively improve the balance and super balance ability of Latin players.Both can improve the core strength of athletes,and the improvement of strength is directly reflected in the better completion of confrontational and super balanced movements.But Swiss ball training is much more effective in counterbalance and over balance than general strength training.
