The Study On The Development And Evolution Of Different Chinese Prepositional Functions

Prepositional function is an important part of preposition research,and academics have researched it for a long time.However,academics pay more attention to the process from the preposition to the vorb with the produce of prepositionalfunction during the research,without discussing other ways to produce prepositional function,and pay less attention to the relationship of prepositional functions in a preposition word and the replacing relationship of two preposition words' functions.This article inspects the relationship of prepositional functions in a preposition word and the relationship of two preposition words' functions,by choosing some representative prepositional words and describing the way of evolution of prepositional function,through the study of grammaticalization,the theory of congnitive grammar and the theory of linguistic typology.Chapter one will introduce the reason for electing this research object,and the origin of corpus and the current study situation of the topic so as to illustrate the achievement and the deficiency of current study on prepositional function,leading what we will study.Chapter two will introduce the the basic theory and method for study and describe the basic structure of this article.Chapter three will elect some representative preposions,such as locational prepositions "da(?),zhuo(?),cong(?),jiu(?),chao(?)",timporal preposition "bi(?)",objective preposition "he(?)",conditional preposition "yong(?)",and two-tone prepositions "yanzhe(??),jingyou(??),duizhe(??)",to describe the ways of preposional function's evolution,and to analysis the relationship of prepositional functions in a preposition word and the relationship of other proposional words' functions,by analyzing the corpus.Chapter four will take advantage of the result of chapter three,to summarize the ways of preposional function's evolution,and describe the reasons,the interactions,including locational function,timporal function,objective function,reasonal function and conditional function,and describe the replacing of preposional functions' evolution by taking three examples,like preposion "yu-zai(?-?)","yi-ba(?-?)","jiao-jiao(?-?)".Chapter five will summarize the whole article and point out the deficiency and what to research next.
