Research Of The Urban Culture Of Modern Yulin

Located in the northernmost part of Shaanxi Province,Yulin is at the junction of the central and western regions of China.The junction of the Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi and the southern margin of Mu Us Sandy Land.It is a transitional area between the Loess Plateau and the Inner Mongolian Plateau.It is known as Shaanxi's“Northern Gate”.Yulin is a cultural city with 600 years of history,and it is the second batch of historical and cultural cities in the country.Yulin is one of the nine major towns on the Ming Great Wall,it is a representative of the town's famous frontier towns.It is a political,military,and cultural center in northern Shaanxi since the 15 th century.In addition to the introduction and the conclusion,the entire paper is divided into four chapters for discussion.The study period lasted from about 1840 to about 100 years before and after the founding of the People's Republic of China.The introduction mainly summarizes the topic value of the thesis,the current research status of urban culture by foreign scholars and domestic scholars,and the research methods and differences used.The first chapter of this article elaborates the meaning of urban culture and an accurate understanding of the birth of Yulin City.The second chapter describes the rise of the city culture in the past and its development in modern times of Yulin.The combination of unique environmental factors,military status,wealthy property,and multi-ethnic culture are the main reasons for its formation and development.The third chapter,as the main content of the article,focuses on the characteristics of the cultural connotation of Yulin city in modern times,including geographical and ecological culture,commercial economy culture,planned architectural culture and folk art culture connotation.This is the focus and core of the article.The fourth chapter is a basic summary of Yulin city culture,mainly to analyze Yulin's urban cultural values and the protection of famous cities.Looking at the urban culture of Yulin,on the basis of retaining traditional culture,it is more important to carry forward the develop urban traditional culture.It is important implications for us to develop small and medium-sized cities and protect historical and cultural cities.
