Dian opera is mainly based on Kunming dialect as a standard language, which is composed of Sixian,Xiangyang,Huqin and other types of musical system. This paper takes traditional drama of Kunming Dian Opera as the research object to summarize the phonological features of the traditional drama, explore the development and evolution of the Kunming phonology and reveal the relationship between tones of Chinese characters and Dianju by analysing and studying of 1297 rhyme segments in 115 traditional dramas.Through the phonological analysis of Dian opera traditional drama,we draw the following conclusions:1.Dian opera could be divided into 13 categories: 10 Yin Sheng Rhymes(Rhyme Ge He?Rhyme Jia Ma?Rhyme Zhi Ci?Rhyme Xi Ju?Rhyme Jie Lai?Rhyme Zhe Ye?Rhyme Hui Wei?Rhyme Hu Mo?Rhyme Xiao Hao?Rhyme You Lou),3 Yang Sheng Rhymes(Rhyme Dong Hong?Rhyme Jiang Xian?Rhyme Geng Zhen).2.Yang Sheng Rhymes ending [-m] has disappeared and merged into [-n].The main vowel of Yang Sheng Rhymes has nasalized.Ru Sheng Rhymes has disappeared,it rhyme basically with Yin Sheng Rimes which has same or similar vowels.3.There are many rhyme phenomena in Dian opera, which is mainly divided into two categories: the rhyme of different categories each other in the Yang Sheng Rimes and Yin Sheng Rimes. The reason for this phenomenon is that dialect rhyme and wide rhyme.4.We come to the conclusion that Rhyme Zhi Ci?Rhyme Hui Wei and Rhyme Xi Ju should be independent rhyme by using the statistical method. At the same time,Rhyme Jiang Yang ang Rhyme Xian Shan should be classified as a rhyme,Rhyme Geng Qing ang Rhyme Zhen Wen should be classified as a rhyme, through the use of T distribution hypothesis test method.5.In the synchronic level, there are similarities and differences rhyme situations in the Kunming Dian opera and Luoyang Qu opera;in the diachronic level, through contrasting Dian opera rhymes?Zhong Yuan Yin Yun and Yun Lue Yi Tong, and find the vowel can better reflect the characteristics of the local and era, however,it does not change very much in the initial consonant. At the same time,by contrast,it also proved once again that phonetic system of Lan Mao version Yun Lue Yi Tong isn't the phonology of the Yunnan dialect, but Ben Wu version Yun Lue Yi Tong reflect the phonetic system of Yunnan dialect in the Ming Dynasty.6.there is a harmonious relationship between tones of Chinese characters and Dianju, which is mainly embodied in two aspects: on the one hand, the musical tones are based on tones of Chinese characters;on the other hand,The tone of Chinese characters is basically consistent with the trend of rise and fall of music melody.
