The Transformation And Form Experiment Of Wu Xinghua’s Poetry Creation | Posted on:2019-09-05 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:H X Zhao | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2405330542997183 | Subject:Chinese Modern and Contemporary Literature | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Wu Xinghua was an important poet during the 1930s and 1940s in the history of Chinese modern poetry.But his research has not received enough attention for a long time until 1980s when his poetry began to enter the horizon of Chinese mainland researchers.The study of Wu Xinghua’s poetry has made great progress at the present time.However,it has not been continuously carried out due to the long-term lack of basic historical materials of Wu Xinghua.The publication of Wu Xinghua’s Complete Works at the beginning of 2017,and especially the Letters Collection and Poetry Collection included in it provided support for more in-depth research of Wu Xinghua’s poetry.This paper is an exploration of Wu Xinghua’s poetry based on the existing research results and new materials.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first chapter introduces the present situation of Wu Xinghua’s life and his poetry research.The second chapter discusses the characteristics and changes of Wu Xinghua’s poetry in the early and late stages.His early poetry was characterized by "Imitation of Western European style",which is evident in the form and content of his poetry.His later poetry is returned to the Chinese traditional literature,roughly experiencing the three stages of "the Translation of Ancient Poetry","the New Interpretation of Ancient Events" and "the Application of Old Form of Poetry".The change of Wu Xinghua’s poetry style is closely related to his personal experience,social environment and the background of the development of poetry at that time.The third chapter focuses on the close relationship between Wu Xinghua’s poetry and the poetic world of the 1930s and 1940s in China.His poetic creation and poetic ideas were influenced by "Crescent School" and "Modern School" in the Chinese poetry world.And the practice of Wu Xinghua’s poetic creation was closely related to Liang Zongdai’s poetic ideas.The fourth chapter analyzes the form test of Wu Xinghua’s poetry.On the one hand,attention is focused on the study of Wu Xinghua’s overall attitude and concept of the form of poetry.On the other hand,the unremitting pursuit of his poetic rhyme,rhythm,and paragraph style are analyzed,especially taking his creation of Sonnet as an example. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Wu Xinghua, poetry, features, verse | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
