Under the background of globalization and the “One Belt and One Road” initiative,the international Chinese education is booming.The rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of its overall strength have made it more closely communicated with many countries.The number of people learning Chinese in the world is also increasing.More and more,this has gradually increased the demand for international Chinese teachers and has more requirements.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the study of the standards qualifications of international Chinese teachers,especially after they have reached out to the profession of international Chinese teachers.We think more deeply about the standard qualifications of international Chinese teachers.By consulting materials,reference materials,and other methods,and conducting interviews and inquiring and comparing teaching assessments with some international Chinese teachers,we examined and analyzed the qualifications of international Chinese teachers and conducted research.In the predecessors' use of global perspectives,case studies,and time-consuming development studies to study the standard qualifications of international Chinese teachers,the article first compares and analyzes the 2007 and 2012 editions of the new and old International Chinese Teacher Standards.Commonalities and personalities have analyzed the feasibility and applicability of the standards,what needs to be strengthened,what needs to be weakened,and what to continue to retain.We will find that the 2012 edition of the new "International Chinese Language Teachers Standard" is more concise in content and clearer in terms of level.Although the content on the surface is somewhat reduced,the requirements are actually more comprehensive.Secondly,we examine the quality of international Chinese teachers through the professional quality,personality and cross-cultural literacy of international Chinese teachers,and analyze the content to be improved by combining the standards.It is particularly important to master the official languages of the other country.Teachers have their own professional “sensitivity” and fully understand the basic national conditions and culture of the other country's country,and put forward rationalized suggestions for reference,and made efforts to create a high-quality,capable international Chinese teachers team.Contribution to the promotion of international Chinese education.
