At present numerous social institutions of Chinese as a foreign language teacher training,the purpose of this paper is to discuss the current situation and problems about socialinstitutions in Shanghai international Chinese language teachers training, comparing thetraining model of institutions, including training, trainees psychology,training evaluation ofvarious parameters, and try to build a more perfect training model.First of all, this article through to the related literature to comb and international Chineseteacher training market investigation, analysis summed up the basic quality which as aqualified Chinese language teachers must have. At the same time, using comparative analysis,data analysis, a semi-structured interview method has carried on the track to two kinds oftraining model research, and practice training general effect of the training model is betterthan that of the conclusion of theoretical model. Finally, through the analysis of thecharacteristics of each training mode, as well as to the training courses and training contenthas carried on the theoretical research, preliminary set up a comprehensive training program,hope provides certain theory reference data for the future Chinese teacher training, to helpthem faster work of Chinese teaching, teachers’ training content, improve teaching efficiency.
