Food is an indispensable part of our life.For thousands of years,the culture of banquets affects every Chinese in all aspects of life.Therefore,eating activities are very important in the social life,and can also be used to speculate on social changes through the diet activities of this era.Development Zhou Dai is also an era of extreme ritual,in many complex and tedious Zhou Li diet etiquette is the most common and the most fundamental etiquette,throughout the whole social life.The eating activities discussed in this paper are the banquet activities of the upper class of Zhou Dai during the spring and Autumn period.By carefully reading the classic literature of "Zhou Li","Rites","Zuo Zhuan","Zuo Zhuan" and "Book of Songs",and studying the achievements of previous studies,the contents of the description of banquet etiquette in the book are summarized and classified,and their order is analyzed.The full text is divided into three chapters.In the first part,through reading and comparing "Zhou Li","Li Ji" and"etiquette",the whole banquet activities of Zhou Dai's upper class are elaborated.Starting from the diet,the diet of the upper society can be roughly divided into two categories according to the historical records.They are the diet of Tian Zi and the dietetic of the princes,discussing the similarities and differences of their diet.Then,the various dietary instruments used in the feast activities,including cookers,food and wine,are described in detail.The detailed descriptions of food etiquette,wine etiquette,poetry and music,as well as the detailed description of the banquet game,the shooting ceremony and the throwing pot,recreate the feast scene at that time.The second part,through the analysis of the banquet activities in the "Zuo Zhuan",divides the banquet activities into nine kinds according to the background and reasons of the various banquet events in the spring and Autumn period.In order to express thanks to the conference,some countries set banquet rewards to help their kingdoms in order to express their thanks.The strong country has not reached its own goal to close the small country,two is the weak country of the League to form an alliance,in the course of the alliance will have a host banquet to entertain an alliance or an alliance between the banquet activities;transit:when going out through his territory,if the two countries will be treated well,the reward is generally rewarded.The meritorious people of the country set up a banquet to praise his merit;conspiracy:in order to achieve his purpose,sometimes the banquet activities surged,served the conspiracy;help:to seek other people's help will banquet others;communicate feelings:a part of the banquet activities are not special purpose,just to communicate the sense of monarch.Love is set.The third part,combined with the second chapter "Zuo Zhuan" banquet activitiesclassification,analyzes the stage evolution of the upper class social feast activities in the spring and Autumn period.With the decline of the Zhou royal family and the rise of the kingdoms,the form and purpose of the spring and Autumn period had changed greatly.First,from the place of the banquet,the place of the later banquet was not so strict,and the form of banquet was changed because of the time.Through the analysis of all kinds of banquet activities in the spring and Autumn period,we have obtained the effect of maintaining order,maintaining the stability of the people and strengthening the relationship between the allies.
