Research On Class Management Of English Teaching In Secondary Vocational School

English has become an indispensable part in the curriculum of secondary vocational schools,whose purpose is to train technical talents for the overall construction.So improving the quality of English teaching is becoming more and more important.It is the key point to strengthen the class management of English teaching in secondary vocational schools.The paper adopts literature analysis,questionnaire and observation to investigate English teachers and students in different secondary vocational schools from five aspects,and draws the following conclusions:For the class management style,the management style is outdated and stereotyped.Most teachers seldom adopt new style and often neglect students' needs during the daily English teaching.In the attitude towards class management,teachers are often tired of students' misbehaviors appeared during class management of English teaching.The limitation of cognition makes teachers unaware of the importance of class management of English teaching.As for the motivation,most teachers have no interest in class management of English teaching and even often ignore students' misbehaviors appeared in this period.For the content of class management,the environment of class management is unreasonable.Class discipline is often centered on teachers and schools and interpersonal relations is not scientific;On the effect of class management,the overall level of class management of English teaching is relatively low.Teachers cannot effectively solve the problems in class management.On the analysis above and the observation,this study puts forward the following four corresponding countermeasures: renewing teachers ‘concept in class management of English teaching,strengthening teachers' management consciousness,perfecting teachers' management system,establishing good relationship between teachers and students.
