The class is the basic unit of school work,is the basic organization for teachers to organize students to carry out learning activities,classroom management is an important part of school management,school education is an important guarantee to improve the efficiency and quality of teaching,class management scientific and effectiveness is directly related to the level of each student in the class of the healthy growth and all-round development.The dance is a key professional level in Secondary Vocational Education Department of district level,the number of students accounted for more than half of the total number of schools.The study found that younger students in Major of Dance shows adolescent characteristics,lack of self-discipline consciousness and moral cultivation,more prone to irritability,aggression and other issues.Something more difficult,is the secondary professional dance class management insurmountable gap,therefore,it is necessary to study the professional dance class,to explore a suitable vocational art professional dance class management path.In this paper,The anthor takes X art professional dance class which teacher Z is in as the research object,though using the method of narrative,collecting and sorting the teacher Z’s class log,diary,and relevant literature,using the case and interviews,research the professional dance education the class management activities,life events,analysis of its thinking,put forward to improve the vocational art professional dance class management strategies,to provide reference and reference methods for secondary school educators and researchers,so as to cause the attention of the relevant aspects to promote the development of Vocational Art career.This study is divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance,related research review,core concepts,research ideas and methods,etc..In the second part,the problems in the class of the major dance in art vocational school have been narrated from the perspective of class and class management,Including the assembly routine,the routine of the classroom and dormitory,regular grooming routine and regular campus safety management and other aspects of the story.They were analyzed respectively from the social environment,school management,the class teacher’s professional accomplishment,students themselves four aspects.The third part,from improving the teacher professionalism,creating an open and comfortable class culture,actively participate in the activities of creating mechanism and integration of educational resources into education in four aspects are summarized to improve the effectiveness of classroom management.The fourth part is the conclusion.
