| Secondary vocational education is an important component of our education system.In the past thirty years,we have made some achievements in English teaching and Reform,but English teaching management in secondary vocational school involves teachers,students and managers,and regulatory framework,teaching material,teaching conditions and many other factors,all these factors are interrelated and interacted and present complicated nonlinear relation,there are still many problems in the implementation of English teaching management.Therefore,this paper believes that it is necessary to analyze the current situation and problems in English teaching management in secondary vocational school from the perspective of system theory and make systematic evaluation for its management.It is expected to provide theoretical basis for control countermeasures.On the basis of summarizing the basic knowledge of the connotation of the English teaching management in secondary vocational school,English teaching management at home and abroad,the concept about system theory and AHP etc.Firstly,this paper adopts literature method,questionnaire investigation method,interview method and other scientific research methods to discuss the questionnaire investigation situation,by combining current “Teacher teaching,student learning,teaching management” aspects to analyzes current situation of English teaching management in secondary vocational school and discusses its main problems.Secondly,it makes new elaborations for “English teaching management in secondary vocational school” from perspective of system theory,defines the elements,purpose,structure and environment of English teaching management system in secondary vocational school,it divides it into three primary subsystems of teaching,learning and management,12 secondary subsystems,and the system characteristics of English teaching management in secondary vocational schools are analyzed;Thirdly,combined with the data and expert opinion,builds up the English teaching management system in secondary vocational school evaluation index system,it adopts analytic hierarchy process to make quantitative evaluation for the English teaching management in secondary vocational school.Finally,based on evaluation results of analytic hierarchy process and combining the characteristics of English teaching management in secondary vocational school,with adoption of pedagogy,psychology,management,system theory and other knowledge,this paper constructs a model of system control strategy based on Hall three dimensions structure model is proposed,by optimization of teacher teaching,student learning and teaching management aspects to analyzes elaborates the control strategy of English teaching management system in secondary vocational school systematically and looks forward to providing a new research method and thinking path for English teaching and management in secondary vocational school. |
