Homework is an important part of teaching,optimizing the arrangement and management of primary school English homework is a very worth exploring.In the primary school survey,it found that English homework was monotonous,and the students' homework was low quality,and the students was lacked of English learning resources and motivation.The workload of English teachers was large,and it was difficult to supervise and evaluate students' oral English effectively.Therefore,the students' English learning situation cannot be analyzed in a timely and scientific way.The purpose of this thesis is to study how digital homework platform using big data technology provides the intelligent learning support environment for students.Improve interest and efficiency of learning,cultivate students' good learning habits and methods.Help teachers to accumulate and share teaching resources,master the learning situation at any time and place,more effectively and accurately.This study hopes to provide a reference for other teachers through the designed plan so as to promote a further integration of modern educational technology and English teaching.The research methods include education experiment,questionnaire survey,video analysis,statistical analysis method.Through the analysis of the requirements of teachers,students and parents,it selected a suitable digital platform for primary school English teaching from five dimensions.According to the questionnaire survey and interviews of teachers and students,combining with the new curriculum's primary school English homework design principles,it designed four kind of plans for digital homework.It selected a comparison class and an experimental class from the fourth grade for teaching experiments.Through SPSS software compare the results and learning analysis to examine the effect of platform application.Experimental results: By using the digital assignment platform students improved their interests in English learning and language skills.It has cultivated good learning methods and independent learning ability.It is more convenient and efficient for teacher to manage students' operation and the teaching process is optimized.
