Objective With the development of medical science,medical theory and technology have made considerable progress in China.However,medical workers often pay attention to the study of the disease itselfin clinical practice.It is easy to ignore the emotional and humanistic concern for patients.Combined with the increasingly complex and tense domestic doctor-patient relationship,whether it is the actual needs of patients or the emotional support of medical workers,As an important part of humanistic medicine,clinical empathy education is an important link that can not be ignored.This study tries to select the side of group counseling from the perspective of positive psychology to explore whether group psychological counseling under the perspective of positive psychology has positive effects on the improvement of clinical empathy ability in medical masters.Methods In this study,28 students were randomly divided into two groups by pre-test,post-test and follow-up test after 2 months.Among them,14 were experimental group.The experimental group took part in group psychological counseling once a week for 2 hours each time for 8 weeks.The control group did not participate in any group psychological counseling.This study was conducted with IRI-C and JSPE-S as the test tool.The subjects in the experimental group and the control group were followed up before,after and after 2 months of intervention.Results The follow-up test before,after group counseling,and after 2 months showed:?the empathy score(t=-0.836,P>0.05)and clinical empathy score(t=0.070,P>0.05)between the experimental group and the control group before intervention is no significant difference,they were homogeneous.? the scores of the experimental group after testing were significantly higher than those in the control group,empathy score(t=-3.992,P<0.05),clinical empathy score(t=-7.247,P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.At the same time,the pre-test of the experimental group and the follow-up test after 2 months showed that,empathy score(t=-2.595,P<0.05),clinical empathy score(t=-4.733,P<0.01)are significant difference.Meanwhile,the factor of fantasy,perspective taking and compassionate care also have the significant difference.? the scores of the control group after testing,the empathy score(t=-0.151,P>0.05),the clinical empathy score(t=-0.289,P>0.05);in the follow-up test after 2 months,the empathy score(t=-0.151,P>0.05),the clinical empathy score(t=-0.415,P>0.05),the clinical empathy score(t=-0.272,P>0.05)all of them have no significant difference.Conclusion Group counseling based on positive psychology has a positive effect on the clinical empathy education in medical masters,and this kind of positive intervention has a certain sustainability.
