The inspection level a=0.05, P<0.05was considered statistically significant difference.RESULTS1Students’psychological crisis incidenceThe questionnaires were distributed and983were900valid questionnaires, recovery efficiency of91.84%. To the heart of the sea software school mental management system built-in SCL-90subject to the norm, according to the SCL-90score of psychological crisis, college students screened223people, the psychological crisis rate of24.8%.2Students overall sense of happiness and mental toughness statusIn addition to health in accordance with the psychological crisis occurs or not students were divided into two groups, worried that this factor abnormalities was comparable to the overall well-being scale score and factor scores were lower than the normal group, adolescent mental toughness scale total points and factor scores lower than the normal group, and simple coping style scale low positive scores, and high negative scores (P<0.05).3Mental Health of Related FactorsSymptom Checklist90:received counseling or treatment of students of the SCL-90score was significantly higher than the score of the students had not received psychological treatment (t=7.989, P=0.005), SCL-90total score of the freshman (152.46±39.68), the most serious psychological problems; junior SCL-90score the lowest (131.52±36.23), the relatively good state of mind. Stepwise multiple regression analysis for multivariate analysis, regression equation SCL-90total score=159.828-6.092grade-16.053whether to accept counseling or treatment+3.125professional feel to read+4.02family residence+2.663Mother’s education level the above five variables most closely with the SCL-90total score relationship. General Weil-Being Schedule:GWB for boys than girls score high, the difference was statistically significant (t=7.530, P=0.006). Students to read the professional satisfaction of students, their overall well-being scale score higher than all students do not care "attitude, satisfaction and general satisfaction score than less satisfied with the students score higher, indicating that professional satisfaction can affect the overall well-being of the students.Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents:the public health and clinical college students score higher than students of the College of Nursing score (P<0.01), indicating a better public health and clinical expertise of the students to face the pressure of the psychological tolerance. (3) Further simple effect test, a fixed time factors, indicators of the two groups at different time points, no more than0.05in order to ensure the proportion of experimental error of3independent samples t-test, adjust alpha to.016(0.05/3≈0.16). The results showed that the intervention to end the immediate test group the SCL-90total score and terrorism, the depression factor scores than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.016); the end of the intervention the experimental group three months after SCL-90total score and depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoia, psychosis factor score is lower than the control group, the overall well-being scale score and youth Resilience Scale score higher than the differences were statistically significant (P<0.016).CONCLUSIONSMedical students’mental crisis, a higher incidence of mental crisis, medical students to their overall sense of happiness and mental toughness is low; positive psychology-oriented group counseling can significantly improve the psychological symptoms of medical students and improve their overall sense of happiness and mental toughness.
