In recent years,Chinese has always been attracting the learners from all over the world with its rich culture and unique language charm.with the rapid development of China,more and more Chinese learners want to know China.Therefore,the cultural connotation of color words is becoming more important in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.Though the number of color words is not too many,it is a breakthrough point that enables Chinese learners to experience Chinese color culture and understand Chinese color culture and national psychology.Although China and South Korea are geographically close and both have a long and profound historical origin and cultural background,there are differences in social history,ethnic traditions and religious belief due to their different natural environment.There are certain differences between China and South Korea's cognitive understanding and symbolist application of five basic color words “black”,“white” and “red",“yellow” and “green”.Questionnaire was used in understanding the mastery of Chinese learners in Korea on five color words.Based on analysis,the main factors affecting the Korean Chinese learners acquisition of color words are: the negative transfer of mother tongue,over generalization of target language,incomplete grasp of color meaning and learners' personal factors.According to these factors affecting Korean Chinese learners' acquisition of color words,this study put forward to some teaching strategies like the expansion of color words' teaching content,phrased teaching of color words,similarities and differences use of China-South Korea color words,more practice of color words,hoping to help the Chinese teachers perform better in teaching Chinese as a foreign language to Korean students.So as to help Korean Chinese learners grasp Chinese color words better at the same time of deepening the Sino-Korean cultural understanding and promoting bilateral cultural exchanges.
