This paper mainly writes one teaching method that a Japanese education specialist Mr.Koji Oikawa invented,and have been used.This method is called"Handshakes practice method",the process of this method have five parts.Firstly,a teacher ask all students one question.Secondly,students think about how to answer this question.Thirdly,the teacher has every two students get into groups of two each,and the student express own opinion holding hangs.Fourthly,after one have finished express,and the other praise the student.Finally,the teacher has the group break up,and has every two students get into groups of two each,again.After observe the Mr.Koji Oikawa’s Japanese training course,the present writer saw many scenes that a lot of students practice Japanese with a smile holding hands,and some students said "Handshakes practice method" changed me the way that have a peaceful mind,and Using this method,conquerd student’ s weak point that feel shame.It is very effective way that practice speaking of Secondlinguistics.According to 785 surveys,this time attempt to examine "Handshakes practice method" effect,valuation and problems.In order to adopt multilateral viewpoints,this survey covers three classes,one is Mr.Koji Oikawa teaching class,another is Jiangxi College of Foreign Studies,the other is Jiangxi Normal University.The subject of this rearch are Chinese students and foreign students studying Chinese or Japanese.After that analyse these surveys,the writer can understand four points.First,before start "Handshakes practice method",the students anticipate the method effect.After finished training course,the students still deeply attached to the method.Second,while teach secondlinguistics.handshakes method effects have four points,first point is raising boost an interchange atmosphere of person,second point is rising to a higher level of secondlinguistics,thirs point is conquering weak point that feel shame,third point is having students have more confidence of speaking secondlinguistics.Third,"Handshakes practice method" have six influencing factor,these are secondlinguistics level,hand sweating,sanitary,trouble,attitude,custom.Forth,the students hope that spend 15 minutes to practice secondlinguistics using"Handshakes practice method".Based on the result of the above analysis,I can confirm that the key to success of "Handshakes practice method",lies in teacher,for example,how to teach students "Handshakes practice method",how to arrange "Handshakes practice method",only teacher can solve these problems.Furthermore,When we do this method,some students don’t want to do the method,the teacher must take independent action,do "Handshakes practice method" personally with the students.Besides,the teacher also need to understand other classes.According to other classes contents and progress,immediately adjust own class,such as"Handshakes practice method" contents,difficulty,a way to ask question and so on.Mr.Koji Oikawa also said that the key to success of "Handshakes practice method" lies in teacher,"The teacher need to build relationships with every student.If these relationships are good,exert a positive effect on ’Handshakes practice method’,but these relationships are bad,’Handshakes practice method’effect narrowed almost to vanishing point."...
