A hundred years of planning,education-oriented,education,and teacher-oriented.The key to improving the quality of education in rural areas is teachers.Teachers are the main force in the field of education.The level of specialization of rural primary school English teachers is closely related to the quality of rural primary school English teaching.Having a high-quality rural primary school English teacher team is the fundamental guarantee for improving the quality of primary school English education in rural areas.At present,the professional quality and teaching skills of rural primary school English teachers in China cannot adapt to the development needs of rural primary school English education.Strengthening the construction of rural primary school English teachers and improving the overall quality of rural primary school English teachers is of great significance to promoting the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education and improving the quality of rural basic education.This paper takes the English teachers in rural primary schools in Panji District,Huainan City,Anhui Province as the research object,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the allocation of teachers in rural primary schools in Panji District,and tries to explore countermeasures and paths to improve Construction levelthe English teachers in rural primary schools.Field research found that the construction of English teachers in rural primary schools in Panji District has problems such as unreasonable teacher allocation,insufficient teaching ability of teachers,and limited professional development.The imperfect teacher employment mechanism,the imperfect incentive and evaluation mechanism,the lack of monitoring mechanism for teaching quality,and the unsatisfactory training effect are the main reasons for the weak construction of English teachers in rural primary schools in Panji District.In order to optimize the construction of English teachers in rural primary schools,the government should further improve relevant rules and regulations to protect the rights and interests of rural teachers;implement education to help the poor,balance urban and rural educational resources;optimize teacher training and improve training results.Schools should strengthen school-based training,promote the professional development of teachers;improve the education evaluation system,encourage teachers through various channels;strengthen exchanges and cooperation between urban and rural primary schools,and create an atmosphere of mutual help and mutual assistance.Rural primary school English teachers should enhance their self-development awareness and innovate teaching concepts.Through observation and analysis of excellent teacher teaching,micro-teaching,self-education and external assistance are combined to continuously improve the teaching level.
