The Study On Variant Forms Of Chinese Characters In The Daji Edition XUANYING YINYI

This paper,based on the Daji edition XUANYING YINYI,which is collected in the library of Intrauterine Office,cuts separation of the Variant Forms of Chinese Characters in the entry words.And the paper arranges,analyzes and explores about them.It is expected to lay a foundation for the systematic study of the Daji edition XUANYING YINYI and different versions of XUANYING YINYI.The study can provide data for the study of Buddhist scriptures,the study of characters used in the Tang Dynasty and the study of the history of Chinese characters.According to the differences between the Variant Forms of Chinese Characters and the common characters,this paper divides the growth mechanism of the variant characters into eight categories.And the study combs the evolution of the variant characters,summarys laws of mixing or writing variation of components,and looking for different sources of homomorphic parts.At the same time,it excavates the practical value of XUANYIN YINYI for the compilation of Large word books.
