The main task of middle school students is to leam,the inefficiency,physical exhaustion,emotional exhaustion and teacher-sparse alienation that they show during their study not only affect their own knowledge reserves,but also cause them to have low mentality,lack of self-confidence,poor companionship and other physical and psychological factors.Therefore,it is necessary to study the relationship between academic burnout,academic self-efficacy and resilience and intervention by group counseling intervention study.The study is divided into two steps.Step 1:Questionnaire Research.A total of 254 middle school students in Zhejiang CiXi were surveyed by using related questionnaires(Academic burnout survey,academic self-efficacy survey,resilience survey),collect survey data and analysis.Step 2:Group counseling intervention study.Firstly,the group counseling scheme is designed according to the elements of resilience and related models,and applied to practice.The experiment is a control experiment,the experimental group carries out group-assisted intervention,and the control group carries out ordinary extracurricular activities.Their academic burnout,academic self-efficacy and resilience were measured before and after the experiment.The data collected were compared before and after the experiment,before and after the control group,before and after the experiment and between the experimental group and the control group by independent sample T test and paired sample T test.The conclusions are as follows:1.The academic burnout,academic self-efficacy and resilience of middle school students are in the middle level.2.There are significant differences in the scores of academic burnout,academic self-efficacy and resilience between the first and second grade students.3.There is significantly negatively correlated between academic burnout and academic self-efficacy;there is significantly negatively correlated between academic burnout and resilience;there is positively correlated between academic self-efficacy and resilience.4.Resilience plays a mediating role between academic self-efficacy and academic burnout.5.Group counseling can effectively improve the level of resilience of middle school students.6.An increase in the level of resilience can improve academic self-efficacy and alleviate learning burnout.
