School bullying is a key aspect of school safety education and a major issue affecting the healthy growth of adolescents. In recent years, school bullying incidents have occurred frequently, which has seriously affected the physical and mental health of primary and secondary school students.Especially those who are bullied are more likely to develop anxiety and depression.Serious students will suffer from weariness and self-isolation,which will bring great psychological pressure and painful experience to students. It will not only affect students' current study and life, but also have a profound impact on students' future. This study mainly includes two studies: one is to investigate the current situation of middle school students' bullying tendency, and the other is to use Naikan to intervene in the perceived social support ability of bullying-oriented students to alleviate the current situation of bullying. In the first study,a questionnaire survey was used to select 937 students from the first and third grades of a junior high school in a county in Heilongjiang Province to participate in the investigation of the current bullying tendency of middle school students. The Bullying Questionnaire(junior high school edition)was adopted by Chen Shiping. The second study is based on the bullying questionnaire and peer nomination method to screen 20 experimental students with bullying tendency to participate in Naikan intervention, and divide 20 students into matching gender and grade into experimental group(8 for Naikan interventions). In the control group(8 for group activities),the pre-test and post-test were performed on the students in the experimental group and the control group using the Perceived Social Support Scale, the Affective Balance Scale, the Self-rating Anxiety Scale, and the SCL-90.Group of students conducted interviews after intervention.Using SPSS22.0 to analyze and process the data, and then comprehensively analyze the Naikan records and interviews of the experimental group students, the study obtained the following results:(1)The incidence of school bullying in county middle schools is high, and there is a significant difference in bullying tendency in gender and grade;(2)Naikan intervention can improve the physical symptoms of students who arebullied and reduce their anxiety levels;(3)Naikan intervention significantly improves students' perceiving of Social Support and reduces the number of times students are bullied. It can be concluded that the incidence of school bullying incidents in county towns is high;Naikan intervention can significantly improve the physical symptoms of students with bullying tendency;Naikan therapy has a certain level of understanding social support for students with bullying tendency, which in turn reduces the probability of students being bullied.
