| As a discipline,music analysis has gone through three stages of development.From the early 20th century,Shanghai’s National Music Academy’s "stylistics" to the mid-20th century.The academic changes in the "Formal Analysis of Musical Compositions and Works" adopted in the later period were further developed after the 1980s.The music analysis course is not only a basic course that is practical and theoretically strong,but also a public compulsory course for music majors in undergraduate universities.Through the study of this course,students can better understand the musical works from the perspective of musical structure,style characteristics,and time content,and lay a good foundation for better appreciation,performance and understanding of works.However,in reality,there are some problems in music analysis teaching in colleges and universities.The most prominent problem is that music analysis only stays on the basic level of "formal analysis" without horizontal extension,which results in the solidification of students’ thinking mode.Using a comprehensive analysis method to deeply understand the style characteristics of musical works,making it impossible for music performers to deduce the emotions and connotations contained in the works.Music creators cannot grasp the style characteristics of music in the process of creation,and music teachers are in the future.In the teaching practice,it is difficult to improve the student’s comprehensive analysis of musical works.The author conducted surveys and interviews with music students majoring in music at six music schools in China and teachers who have taught music analysis courses to understand the current teaching situation of music analysis courses in music schools in China,and to reflect the actual issues reflected.In order to carry out research,this article looks at the development of music analysis courses from the perspective of "holding the style of musical works for the purpose",and then puts forward its own reform ideas,hoping to play a role in the reform and development of music analysis teaching in domestic music schools.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which expounds the reason of the topic selection,literature review and research value.The second part is an overview of music analysis courses.It mainly discusses the development of music analysis in mainland China,and the nature and main content of music analysis courses.It emphasizes the importance of the curriculum.The third part is about the development status of the music analysis course.It mainly discusses the current situation of the teaching materials,the status of the teaching contents and the examination form of the course,and highlights the existing problems of the course.The fourth part is about the reform idea of the music analysis course-establishing a music style analysis system,and specifically presenting individual insights from the music analysis course textbooks,the expansion of teaching content,and the evaluation system. |
