This paper makes a systematic comparative study of the typical strokes between Kang Youwei and Zhao Zhiqian by comparing,image and textual research methods,hoping to have a deeper cognition of the two people's calligraphy.It is divided into the following three parts:First,by combing the experience of the two people to learn the calligraphy,to see the similarities and differences of the learning path of the calligraphy of the two people.Two,through the comparative study of the typical strokes of the two people,to discuss the similarities and differences of the two people in the pen.Three,through the comparison of the theory of the two people with the writing,the fundamental reasons for the huge difference in the style of the two people's calligraphy are discussed.The calligraphy of Kang Youwei is based on a round pen,less obvious to the change,and a similar Zhuanshu,Lisu,and has repeatedly advocated the seal is consistent.The calligraphy of Zhao Zhiqian's pen is based on a square pen,and there is clearly provided by change,there are similarities with more Tangkai pen.This is also the direct cause of the great difference between Kang Youwei and Zhao Zhiqian in the style of calligraphy.In addition,in writing and using the pen method,Kang Youwei's pen rarely goes up and down to reverse the pen,but mainly by the translation.Dial the stirrup Zhao Zhiqian's law of fully mobilize the Wuzhi flexibility provided by the swing of the pen is very rich.In a sense,the two men to write different decisions of the two different calligraphy style.
