The Research On The Correction Of Pupils' Misbehavior In English Class

Classroom is the main arena for teachers and students.Pupils' misbehavior in the classroom is a long-standing and widespread problem,which also exists in the English class.With the reform of new curriculum,the requirement for the class is stricter.In the process of innovating traditional class,teachers will encounter all kinds of misbehaviors which have been affecting the reform in the long term.The classroom,in the primary school is the main place for teachers to teach and students to acquire knowledge.Pupils' misbehavior not only affects the quality of teaching,but also influences the teaching effect.Enhance,it will have a great influence on the students' personal growth.Based on the comprehensive studies in China and abroad,this study adopts the method of observation and interviews,With one year's observation on students from Grade five and interviews with ten English teachers who have taught more than ten years,on the basis of a comprehensive,in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the causes of pupil's misbehavior,corresponding countermeasures are put forward in this paper to provide some references for teachers and parents to deal with students' misbehaviors in the class and improve students' the all-round development.According to perspectives of many scholars,observation of students from class one grade five and interviews with teachers,pupils' misbehaviors can be divided into four categories: distraction,destruction,disobedience,aggression.This study analyzes the causes of these problems from the aspects of students,teachers,schools and the environment.This paper explores the ways to pupils' misbehaviors in English classes,and puts forward the following countermeasures: training pupils' self-management,effective management of teachers,and creating a good teaching environment.
