Problems And Countermeasures In Music Class In Community Home-based Care

As the most populous country,from "many hands make light work" to “birth control",the aging trend in China is facing a serious problem.In recent years,the old-age dependency ratio has continued to rise in our country,how to provide for the aged scientifically and reasonably has become a problem to be solved urgently.The community service for home care of elderly carries out the art of music,which can cultivate the aesthetic idea of the old people,to express and purify their minds and to promote their psychosomatic health.Therefore,to study the existing problems and countermeasures in the music classroom of the community service for home care of elderly has become a significant topic.Based on this,this research adopts the methods of literature,analysis,investigation,etc.,on the basis of elucidating the community service for the home care of elderly and the music classroom,investigates the current situation,and further summarizes the existing problems and factors.Conclusion: In terms of the basic information of the participant students,the female participants are more than the male participants in the music class of the community service for the home care of elderly;The participation in the music class presents the inverse ratio with the age structure,that is,the older,the less participants;the highly educated participants are much less;the people who are engaged in the civil servants,teachers,doctors,etc.,in the participants occupy the majority;the participation motivation is characterized by the diversity;the students have less approach to learn about the music classroom and the music class is lack of the promotion;this class is given priority to apply the collective teaching,with the one-to-one teaching as an auxiliary;the speech course accounts for the bigger proportion in the classroom and the instrumental course has a less proportion;the number of times and the time of duration for the older people participate in the class are moderate;the classroom activities often carry on in the public place,with the less specialized field;the resource of money is mainly from the individuals,with the social capital source lacking;the enthusiasm of the elderly participating in the music activities is higher,and the level of participating in the activity needs to be promoted.The music classroom has the characteristics in the field of cultivating the sound aesthetic,physical and mental pleasure,ideas expressing and skill exercising of the elderly;it has the positive significance to maintain the old's audio-visual,sports,memory,tactile sense and other abilities;the music class in the current community service for the home care of the elderly faces some dilemma such as be afraid of the difficulties,life and music learning not be meet,and the coherence of the good and bad is to be with the opportunities and threats in the classroom course setting.The problems and factors of the music class in the community service for home care of the elderly are shown as: the aging speed and scale are big,which causes the lack of financial funds or not value;the initiation and spontaneity of the old in the music classroom cause the deficiency of the organizational management or poor;the unconcentration of the old people living causes the old's diversification of resource in the music class;the overall participation is fewer,which causes the not perfect music classroom facilities;the pension industry lags behind overall in our country,which results in that the human resources of the music class is weak,etc.It is suggested to solve the problems by the following countermeasures such as "clearly giving the policy guidance,broadening the financing raising channels;positively acting of the administrative department,clearing all departments responsibility;mobilizing the neighboring community communication,integrating the music classroom resources;allocating rationally the classroom facilities according to the characteristics of the old's music;establishing the talent management mechanism and promoting the service team's diversity" and so on.
