The Cultural-elements Analysis Of The Bronze Wares Unearthed From Shigushan Cemetery In Baoji

The Shigushan cemetery in Baoji is an important cemetery discovered in recent years in the Shang and Zhou dynasty.A large number of beautiful bronze wares were unearthed of this cemetery.The bronzesunearthed from this cemetery provide fundamental materials for studying the cultural-elements of the bronzewares.In this paper,through the formation of the bronze wares and the ornamentation of the bronze wares,we will study the cultural-elements of the bronzesunearthed from Shigushan cemetery,and discuss some relative problems.First,the basic conditions of the Shigushan cemetery and the bronze wares studied in this paper are introduced.The current research status of this cemetery and its bronze wares is analyzed.And explain the content and method of this paper.These bronzes can be differentiated by using archaeological methods.According to the high collared bag foot Li unearthed from this cemeteries and the typical bronzes comparing with other areas at the same time will be divided into two stages about some bronzes.Then,According to the differentiated of thedecorative pattern,these bronzes were summarized and studied.According to the differentiated ofshape and decorative pattern ofevery bronze,these bronzes were divided some groups.After analyzing every group of bronzes,we know that there are some cultural-elements and characteristics from traditional Shang culture,Pre-Zhou culture,Zhou culture,Baoji local culture and so on.Through counting the quantities of every group,we find that the Zhou element-culture is mainly part in bronzes of the cemetery.Then,through the study of the “paired” combination of bronze ware and niches in Shigushan cemeteries,it can be concluded that this combination may be a fashion in Baoji area at that time.At the end of paper,according to the archaeological culture characteristics of the high collared bag foot Li and the niches in the cemeteries belong to Jiang Rong.
