Study On The Ornamentation Of Bronze Wares In Ningxiang Area

Bronze ware unearthed in Ningxiang has the characteristics of unique shape and refined metallurgy and manufacture.As an existing culture carrier with rich ornamentation,decorative of bronze ware possesses unique national characteristics,rich cultural connotation and aesthetic significances.Based on repeated research on the source of bronzes in Ningxiang by archaeological researchers,it illustrated that in the Tanheli area and even the Weishui River Basin,the Shang culture of the Central Plains occupied a very important position,and most cultural influences for Ningxiang came from its native indigenous culture.Any new creation is interrelated with the original culture,and is also inseparable from the essence of the original culture.Ningxiang bronzes is of unique and decorative style and provides a more intelligent enlightenment for modern design creation.Development injects more outstanding Chinese traditional cultural elements into the new design concept.It also promotes and protects Chinese traditional historical relics,inherits bronze civilization,and enhances modern people's understanding of bronzes,which can provide certain theoretical reference value for the inheritance and protection of bronzes in the future.This paper is divided into five chapters: Chapter 1: It mainly introduced the geographical humanities and historical background of the research objects,the research status,purpose and significance,methods and content framework.Chapter 2: The concept and origin of bronze ornamentations were discussed.And the characteristics of Ningxiang bronzes were classified according to the types of patterns,so as to study and clarify the design features of bronze patterns in Ningxiang area.Chapter 3: According to different functions,thebronze ornamentations patterns in Ningxiang area were analyzed and studied so as to clarify the relationships between patterns and functions.And the artistic characteristics and form beauty of bronze ornamentations were also analyzed and studied in Ningxiang area.Chapter 4: Based on in-depth study of the uniqueness of bronze patterns in Ningxiang area,the human value of Ningxiang bronzes were explored,and the cultural attributes of Ningxiang bronzes were analyzed from the perspective of bronze pattern characteristics and sources of bronze raw materials.Chapter 5: Based on in-depth analysis of the artistic treatment of bronze patterns in Ningxiang area,the emotional expression of lines,the expression of block surface,the application of space,and the modern design experience brought by bronze ware ornamentations in Ningxiang area were detailly illustrated.Chapter 6: Conclusion reflection and outlook.
