Research On Language Features And Specifications Of Android Version Apps Naming

With the development of science and technology,more and more Apps are being used in smart phones."WeChat","Taobao","QQ","Alipay" and other Apps provide a lot of convenience for people's life.A good name of App can attract audiences to download and use,and bring economic benefits to developers.In this paper,2123 Apps' names collected from the app store of Android system smartphone are studied,and the features and specifications of the naming of Apps are studied.Combining statistics and charts,as well as the combination of induction and deduction,combining qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,to find the language rules for Apps naming,and to guide the naming work.This paper mainly discusses the linguistic features of the name of Apps,the cultural taste and psychological characteristics of the Apps name,the problems existing in the nami ng and the normative strategies to be adopted.This paper is divided into the following five chapters :The first chapter: This chapter briefly introduces the reasons and methods of this research,and the source of corpus.The second Chapter: This chapter mainly explores the linguistic features of the Apps' names through the statistical analysis of the data collected before.The third Chapter:This chapter mainly explains the the cultural taste and psychological characteristics reflected in the naming of Apps according to the linguistic features analyzed.The forth Chapter:This chapter analyzes the problems of Apps' naming,and puts forward normative strategies for these problems.The fifth Chapter: This chapter summarizes the achievements and shortages of this research in general.
