Secondary vocational schools undertake the responsibility of cultivating high-quality laborers and skilled personnel for the country and society,and training students' professional quality is an effective way to achieve this goal.Only with the improvement of the overall professional quality of the students in secondary vocational schools can the professional level of professional talents be improved and the enterprises develop rapidly.Taking the major of business Japanese in a secondary vocational school as an example,on the basis of understanding the connotation and extension of the definition of professional quality,this paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview to investigate the students' professional quality and the training situation of the school.According to the results of the survey,there are some professional problems among the students in the school.The background,psychology,teaching form and curriculum of the students in business Japanese major in vocational school are analyzed in depth.The reasons for the above problems are that the school is not clear about the goal of professional quality training.Teachers ignore the "student-centered" teaching concept,the practical teaching system is not perfect,and the campus lacks of innovative environment.Finally,according to the reasons and combined with the requirements of the enterprise,this paper puts forward the goal of students' professional quality cultivation from the school,the teachers pay attention to guiding students to cultivate the consciousness of professional quality consciously,and the teachers ensure the students' status as the main body of education.Perfecting the system of practical Teaching and optimizing the Construction of Campus Innovation Environment in five aspects Discussion.
