In order to adapt to China's high-speed and stable economic needs,all walks of life are constantly improving their own structural systems.Therefore,there is an increasing demand for skilled workers with a combination of theory and practice.They are the leading forces of various industries who shoulder the heavy responsibility for the survival and development of enterprises,and promote the sustained and stable development of China's economy.Nowadays,most of the industrial workers in our country come from the training of vocational education.Talent cultivation by vocational education means vocational education promotes economic development.Based on the country's requirements for the development of secondary vocational education,this article conducts a case study of business Japanese in a secondary vocational school in G Province.According to the training objectives of the school,Analyze and study the problems existing in the business Japanese curriculum,determine the training objectives of the students according to the needs of the social market,and propose improvement strategies to the curriculum according to the training objectives,so that the school's business Japanese major will be able to cultivate high-quality laborers and junior-middle-level specialists in the production,service,and technology frontline jobs. |
