Study On The Construction Of Public Cultural Service System For The Elderly In Yiyang Urban Communities

China is the country with the most elderly population in the world.Urbanization is the driving force and goal of China's future development.Urban communities are important providers of the basic living needs of the elderly.With the improvement of living standards and the development of the country,there is a certain contradiction between the development needs of the public cultural service system for the elderly community and the overall development needs of the country.How to improve the construction of the public cultural service system for the elderly in urban communities in the new situation is an important link between urbanization and the work of aging.In this paper,based on the background of topic selection and the significance of topic selection,as well as a review of domestic and foreign literature,research contents and research methods,first of all,on the basic concepts of culture,public service,and elderly people's public culture,elaborate the public cultural services for the elderly in urban communities.The basic content and characteristics of the system,and from the four aspects of institutional mechanisms,economic basis,participation awareness and ability,and social environment,explain the main factors that promote and constrain the development of public cultural service systems for the elderly in urban communities.Secondly,on the basis of exploring the construction of public cultural service system for the elderly in Yiyang City,this article takes the public cultural service of the elderly in the community of Nanyuegong in Yiyang City as a specific case.Based on its development status,it analyzes the public cultural service system for the elderly in the urban community.The construction explored the problems existing in the public cultural service system for the elderly in urban communities,such as weak infrastructure,lagging organization,limited funding sources,negative participation in activities,and a single service approach.Third,we have learned from the experience of the development of public cultural services for elderly people in urban communities in China.Through analysis of the construction of public cultural service systems for the elderly in Taicang City,Xiling District and Tongren City,Yichang City,which are better for public cultural services for the elderly,we found that the reason why they do it well is that: First,the government pays attention to the elderly.People's public cultural services;Second,the government attaches importance to the role of social organizations;The third is to tapthe available resources according to their own actual situation;Fourth,to create local public cultural boutique activities.Finally,it provides some suggestions for improving the public cultural service system for the elderly in Yiyang City.The first is to strengthen the government's attention to the provision of public cultural services for the elderly,and secondly to strengthen the organization and personnel guarantee of the community's aged public cultural service system.Third is to increase capital input and expand funding channels.Fourth is to reform the supply of public cultural services for the elderly.The model focuses on government-led coordination and the provision of diverse social services.Fifth,it promotes the community's sense of identity and participation in public culture among older people.It provides the role of changing the concept of the elderly,elder education,and the elderly community to strengthen their participation.Rich in public cultural boutique activities with local characteristics,so as to better provide public cultural services for the elderly in the community.
