Research On The Construction Of Public Cultural Service System Of Lanzhou's M Community

The community pubic cultural services system constitutes an important part of the public cultural services system.Compared with other cultural services, the community public cultural services are much closer to people, to life and to reality. It is the main channel to satisfy people's cultural needs, and to secure their basic cultural rights. To perfect the community pubic cultural services system and to promote the community culture life have become a necessity for implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development, for building a harmonious society, and for realizing the comprehensive development of people.Lanzhou is a developing city in China West. M community is one of the ongoing public cultural services system construction communities in Lanzhou and has achieved some positive effect in this aspect. However, there is still a big gap in development when compared with the eastern developed regions. This thesis intends to analyze the current situation of the public cultural services of M community so as to study its existing problems and causes.The paper further puts forward some strategies on the basis of the analysis in an aim to offer insightful suggestions for the construction of community pubic cultural service system in the western under-developed regions.
