Changsha Municipal Construction And Management Studies After The Victory Of The War (1945-1949)

After the victory of the Anti-Japanese war,the municipal construction and management of Changsha city is a millstone in Changsha' s urban development.Before the victory of the Anti-Japanese war,the municipal construction and management of Changsha has better development,such as urban road construction,traffic development,the public lighting facilities,city appearance and environmental sanitation career as well as the construction of urban public facilities.However,The Wen Xi fire and Changsha battle brought devastating blow to changsha,basically destroyed all municipal construction,therefore,the postwar changsha need resume work on municipal construction and management.In this paper,the research is conducted in the background.From the view of urban history science and management science,this paper deals with six main aspects of the Changsha municipal construction and management after war.That is:the municipal infrastructure construction,urban construction and management of public utilities,urban public health improvement,urban construction and maintenance of telecom enterprise,construction and management of residential area and urban landscape construction.Through mining,combing and concrete analysis of the content,this paper draws a conclusion that the munieipal construction and management of Changsha after the war.It is conducive to the formation and perfecting the urban functions,the development of urban economy,improvement in people' s living conditions,maintaining social order and it have far-reaching influence to the modernization model of municipal administration.However,as the process of munieipal construction and management was affected by the special circumstances of the time and the shortage of funds and funds,the overall results were limited.Study this history,not only can help us to understand the changsha municipal construction and management of the special times,also can help us in thinking about today' s China city municipal construction and management,puts forward more effective Suggestions.For example,the development of the city needs a stable political situation,the various sources of funding,but also attaches great importance to the combination of city planning and management,the introduction of professional talent,also requires the participation of all social strata.
