Rural economic development has always been the basis for the development of the national economy,and rural culture,which is the spiritual support of rural residents,has also attracted great attention.Our party and state have always attached great importance to the cultural life of rural residents,the series of measures from literacy classes and send culture to the countryside to Grass-roots cultural comprehensive station and rural library,have effectively improved the lack of cultural life in rural areas.However,rural areas in China have the questions of wide geographical area,large gap in regional development,and large cultural needs of farmers,the situation of rural cultural construction is still not optimistic.The rise of the Internet has affected the entire production and lifestyle of society,including rural areas.With the boost of the Internet,rural residents have gradually enjoyed the same experience of cultural consumption as urban residents.The mutual exchange of cultural resources reflects the true Urban-rural integration.Under the supported of the national "broadband China" and "Smart city" information construction project and related policies,Sichuan province took the lead in starting the national pilot work of "broadband rural","thousand villages and millions villages" targeted poverty alleviation to help the remote rural network construction and promote the broadband rate and application rate in rural areas.The 2016 Sichuan Internet Development Report shows that the number of netizen in Sichuan has reached 35.75 million,and the number of rural netizen has reached 12.03 million.It accounts for about one-third of the total number of Internet users in whole Sichuan Province,and there is still a lot of room for growth in the future.Based on the survey data of some rural areas and ethnic areas in Sichuan Province,the paper concludes that the Internet promotes cultural consumption in rural areas is modestly positive.This article is mainly divided into five chapters:The first chapter: Defined the concept of rural culture and related concepts,analysis the Rural Cultural Consumption Characteristics before and after the Internet.The second chapter: From the aspects of science and technology,political system,economic foundation,culture education,culture consumption psychology and so on,analyze the influencing factors that influence the transformation of rural residents' cultural consumption patterns.The third chapter: discusses the prominent problems of cultural consumption in rural areas where the value of entertainment cultural consumption is dominant,the value of the rational cultural consumption is absent,and the culture of low culture is negatively increased.The fourth chapter: In view of the prominent problems in the rural cultural consumption under the Internet,it proposes a feasible solution from the perspective of value orientation,system construction,infrastructure construction,operation capability guarantee,and ability training of both supply and demand.The fifth chapter: summary...
