Research On The Relationship Between Cultural Consumption And Well-Being Of Urban And Rural Residents Of Guangxi Province Based On Order Probability Regression Model

Residents' desire of rich cultural products and cultural services is more and more strong,cultural consumption affects the level of urban and rural residents of happiness,improve cultural consumption policy,cultivate cultural consumption as an important way to steady economic growth and improve people's livelihood.In this paper,the urban and rural residents in Guangxi Province as a research object,On the basis of understanding and analyzing the current situation of cultural consumption and the development of cultural policies in Guangxi,explore its weak points:the cultural consumption between urban and rural areas is unbalanced;Cultural consumption level is low;Cultural consumption policy is general,lack of normative;Characteristic cultural industry advantage does not give full play and Lack of targeted research methods.In order to deeper level to explore the relationship between cultural consumption and well-being,This article draw support from Ordered Probability Regression Model and Combine Maslow's hierarchy of needs,goal theory,public product theory as the theoretical basis.This paper main findings:People have a higher degree of happiness who pay more attention to cultural consumption than pay more attention to material consumption;different dimensions of consume brought different degrees happiness to people;tourism brings the strongest sense of happiness.In addition,gender,education,place of residence and other social and demographic factors also have an impact on happiness.To this end,the paper puts forward the following suggestions for the government to formulate cultural consumption policy:Government should increase the per capital disposable income of residents,especially the income of rural residents,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas;Continue to implement the people's livelihood projects,and effectively protect the basic rights of residents;Optimize the consumer market environment,reconstruction of cultural consumption policy;Increase the construction of public cultural facilities,enhance the convenience of cultural consumption;Accelerate the transformation and upgrading of cultural industries,focusing on the development of tourism;advocate residents to establish a healthy consumption concept,improve awareness of cultural consumption.
