Study On The Current Situation Of Rural Cultural Consumption In Hebei Province Based On Towa Operator

According to Maslow's theory of conumer demand and fees on ord after their basic needs,meet the requirements of the residents,the residents will need to pursue a higher level,such as respect and self actualization needs,cultural consumption is high level consumption form of the multifunctional.At present,the measurement of national comprehensive strength is not only a few indicators such as economy,military and national defense,but also a very important index of culture.In recent years,the level of cultural consumption occupies a very important position in the residents' consumption structure in Hebei Province,and the level of cultural consumption growth trend in general,but with the cultural consumption continues to grow,the potential problems in the consumption structure is slowly revealed.In order to improve the cultural consumption level of Hebei residents,understand the comprehensive situation of the 11 cities' cultural consumption level,and analyze the influence degree of each factor on the cultural consumption of 11 cities.This paper solve the potential problems in the consumption structure of the two operators based on weighted evaluation method,comprehensive evaluation of the level of cultural consumption in 11 cities for the first time weighted evaluation method,the main factors affecting the analysis level of cultural consumption of urban residents second weighted evaluation method,the conclusions are as follows:At present,the overall level of cultural consumption in Hebei province though generally increased,but the relative density of cultural consumption in residential consumption is from first to last is not high;the 11 urban cultural consumption level of development is not balanced;the various factors on the residents' cultural consumption level affect etc..It is the cultural consumption level of each city showed different progress,but in the present circumstances should take measures to solve the existing problems in the cultural consumption,cultural consumption in view of the existing problems in this paper makes the following suggestions: one is to establish a correct concept of consumption culture;the two is to enhance the cultural quality of rural talents;the three is to improve the rural education level;four is to increase the cultural consumption infrastructure investment;the five is to improve the structure of cultural consumption.The innovation of this paper: one is the two weighted evaluation method using TOWAoperator,a comprehensive evaluation of 11 different urban cultural consumption level for me;two is the most scholars studied the factors affecting the consumption situation of rural culture in Hebei Province,and use the method of quantitative analysis of cultural consumption level to each city in Hebei Province,the comprehensive evaluation is another innovation of this paper.
