Teaching Chinese culture has been reached consensus in the Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language,but most of these researches have concentrated on content ?principle and method instead of combining theory with practice.The proportion of language and culture is unbalanced in the textbook of Road to Success.The presentation of cultural content also fails to reflect the compiler's desire to run the culture through the whole textbook.Therefore,the teaching plan of culture introduction is designed,which shows the exploration,adjustment and improvement stage of the introduction of cultural course in teaching practice.In the exploration stage,I summarized the cultural phenomenon of the textbook and supplied properly the current popular culture phenomenon.And I have carried on the questionnaire surveys and test to students,checking them how much culture does they have learned.I found that the foreign students are very interested in Chinese culture,but they knew little about it.The single cultural introduction in the practice course was difficult to make a deep impression on students,and the selection of cultural content was less interested in the students.Besides,the classroom evaluation was not universal and effective,and the examination of the learning situation had not been put into practice.In the adjustment stage,I used video,debate competition and other ways.And students commented and were tested by writing small composition or in a group presentation.I have found that many foreign students are more interested in learning Chinese and many times I was asked to import culture.However,the balance of language learning and cultural learning is difficult to be balanced.At the improvement stage,I tried to use different ways to introduce culture,for example,foreign students introduced Chinese culture by PPT.I found that the ability of students to write and speak has been greatly improved.However,at the end of the semester,the teaching task was not completed,so that the students had little time to review.Finally,basing on the success and failure of the teaching process,I put forward some suggestions from three parts.For the students,it is necessary to understand the customs and taboos of the students' religion before teaching.For teachers,we should have deep culture knowledge,adopted different ways to introduce culture and balance language teaching and culture teaching.For the textbook,the cultural phenomena should be presented directly and the popular cultural phenomena should also be designed.
