Sign language is a silent language which is expressed by visual and spatial characteristics.It is the main tool for deaf people to communicate.It conveys information by gestures,limbs,and facial expressions to express emotions.As a special medium for acquiring knowledge,picture book not only understands the content of story,but also receives the picture and ad hoc details arranged by the creator of the picture in the process of reading enjoyment."Warm Sign Language " is a reader to focus on special groups in the special environment of picture books,sign language as picture elements throughout the page,however,text,graph,sign language,sign language,and did not play its individuality,thus causing the thinking,whether you can explore suitable for hearing-impaired children to study the form of sign language books.This paper through the research of other typical picture books,books and schools for the deaf sign language textbooks,summed up for hearing-impaired children to sign the form of picture book creation techniques and Realization method.This paper combines sign language with picture book.Through experimental investigation,case analysis and comparative method,we explore the new form of picture book language,so that the picture book with expressive form of this sign can not only satisfy the needs of healthy listens,but also fully satisfy the reading needs of hearing-impaired people.Through this way of expression,a bridge between healthy listens and hearing-impaired people has been established,so that hearing impaired people can further understand the hearing impaired people's sign language,and hearing-impaired people can also understand the content of picture books more accurately,thus playing a role of interoperability.
