Investigation And Research On Development Status Of Design & Service Enterprises In Shandong Province

In recent years,the economic structure of Shandong Province has been further optimized,the economy of the whole province has maintained steady development,and the industrial structure adjustment is continuously advancing.Shandong Province Development and Reform Commission and Shandong Provincial Department of Culture jointly issued an Action Plan for promoting the Integration of Cultural creativity and Design Services with related Industries in Shandong Province,it effectively promotes the integration and development of cultural creativity and design services with related industries in Shandong Province,and the adjustment of economic structure and industrial transformation and upgrading.The implementation of new and old kinetic energy transformation scheme brings a new opportunity for the development of design service industry.However,the development of design industry in our province is still in the primary stage,which has not yet formed a relatively complete business system,and there is still a big gap with the requirements of national economic development and the level of other cities in China.As the main carrier of the design industry,the development of design service enterprises plays a vital role,so the development of these enterprises in Shandong Province is worth discussing.According to relevant literature,statistical data and collecting a large number of cases,this paper draws lessons from related disciplines such as management,economics,sociology and design,and supports the viewpoint of the thesis from different angles.By using the method of sample investigation,613 design service enterprises registered from 2013 to 2016 were investigated by questionnaire,and the basic situation of the development of design service enterprises was sorted out in detail.The present situation and existing problems of designing service enterprises in Shandong Province are summarized by combining indirect data investigation method,induction method and cross research method,from which the deficiency ofdesign service enterprises is obtained,and the corresponding development strategies are put forward in combination with the situation of Shandong Province and the development trend of them.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Chapter One: by the national and province aspects,and from the economic environment,policy environment,technology environment,cultural environment,social environment etc,carries on the comb and the summary to the design service enterprise development environment and the foundation superiority.The development environment and basic advantages are analyzed.Chapter Two: selects the design service enterprises established in 2013-2017 in Shandong Province as the research sample,and summarizes the development trend,industrial clusters and regional distribution of the industries.Combined with the specific situation of Shandong Province,in-depth research and analysis of Shandong design service enterprises development situation.Chapter Three: analyzing the development environment and present situation of the design service enterprises in Shandong Province,taking the development of these industries in Shandong Province as the foothold.From the policy system and industrial agglomeration level,this paper discusses the problems existing in the development of design service enterprises from four aspects of talent supply and enterprise development,and puts forward corresponding solutions.Chapter Four: from the above three chapters,taking the development of the design service enterprises in Shandong province as the foothold.Based on the situation of national and Shandong Province,and absorbing the advanced experiences of the developed countries,this paper puts forward the development trend and strategy of such enterprises,providing impetus for the rapid economic development and the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure of Shandong Province.
