The expression of the heart of beauty from ancient times to the present,more and more people are subjectively recognized because of the existence of oversupply in the job market.Then,more and more job-seekers will have questions in the process of employment:In the end,can't they look at the face during the recruitment process?Should I go to plastic surgery or do I become more beautiful?Therefore,this issue has become a problem worthy of study in the current job hunting.Under such a background,combined with the "invisible sex discrimination"problem existing in the current social recruitment process,the influence of individual face attraction on the employment performance of college students can not be ignored.At the same time,it comprehensively considers the influence of gender and face attractiveness on employment performance,and conducts in-depth research on the influence of gender and face attractiveness on the relationship between employment ability and employment performance through the research methods of psychology,thus addressing current social hot issues.conduct the empirical research.Considering all the influencing factors comprehensively,this study intends to adopt the form of a combination of questionnaire and experimental methods,and explore the impact of each variable on graduates' employment performance through three progressive studies.In the three studies,different social groups and employers for recruitment of enterprises and institutions were selected as subjects,and graduates'employability(high,medium,low)and attractive faces(high and low)were taken as independent variables.(CV screening)As a dependent variable,a questionnaire survey method was combined with experimental methods to study the relationship between variables.However,because of the limited research conditions of the root,the recruitment process is limited to the selection of resumes.The experimental materials are written materials with different levels of attractiveness of the image materials and the employment ability(practical ability,adaptability,learning ability)of the students.In the first part of the study,the relationship between the employment ability and employment performance of college students was explored in the form of randomly distributed questionnaires.In the second part of the study,the variables of attractive faces were introduced to explore the relationship between face attractiveness and employment performance through investigation and research.The relationship;Under the foreshadowing of the first two studies,the third study adopts the experimental method.The experimental materials are presented to the subjects in the form of text and pictures respectively,and the simulation resume screening is carried out.turn out:(1)In the resume selection process,there is a positive correlation between individual employment ability and employment performance of college students.(2)There is a positive correlation between individual face attractiveness and employment performance of college students in the curriculum selection section.(3)Recruiters in the selection process of the resume show a stronger tendency toward the attractive applicants than the low-profile appealing candidates.(4)Recruiters showed stronger tropism for male applicants than male candidates in the selection process.(5)In the resume selection process,the attractiveness of the faces of individual applicants will affect the employment performance of university graduates,and at the same time it will play a role in regulating the employment ability and employment performance of university graduates;the gender variation of individual applicants will affect the employment performance of university graduates,and at the same time There is a moderating effect between employability and employment performance.
