The Theory Of Effective-History In The View Of Literary Criticism

Based on the comprehension of hermeneutics,this paper combines the theoretical context of philosophical soil and literary practice,and sorts out and refines the theoretical connotation of effective-history.At the same time,this theory was placed under the background of multiple disciplines of literature,philosophy,and history to examine the cultural features and limitations of the "effect history" theory.Combining with China's current context of literary creation and criticism,it is necessary to consider how the combination of history and literature can achieve the return of human nature,and can promote the rapid development of disciplines and the humanities with the times.This article is mainly divided into four chapters.The first chapter studies the origin and background of Gadamer's "effective-history"theory.Starting from the social historical context and philosophical background of the theory,the definition of history in the philosophy of Hermeneutics is defined.The article mainly combed the history of Western traditional philosophy and related research methods.By comparing and analyzing them with previous studies,define the basic concept of "effective-history",and clear its research objects,methods and concepts.The second chapter focuses on the theoretical connotation and characteristics of"effective-history".As the relationship history constructed by the subject,the effective-history means breaking with absolute rationality from the beginning of its birth.It shows a confrontation with the binary opposition in terms of methods,and shows its rejection of historical objectification and conceptualization in content.The process of understanding history is regarded as a dialogue of two-way subject.This article uses the fusion of horizon and temporal distance as the clues to study how this theory can confront with reason from the historical dimension,and how this theory can gain life in history.The real experience is to establish the return of the main subject of history.Then,summarizing the theoretical characteristics of the effective-history.It can be roughly expressed as three points:circular,critical,and linguistic,which highlights its theoretically constructed innovations and guides human self-reflection.The third chapter reveals the limitations of Gadamer's theory of "effective-history"and its practical difficulties,centering on how to get on effective communication inside humanity and between people and history in the modern society.The theory relies too much on the power of language to confirm the truth of "Language is the world",which shows partiality and absolute tendencies.In fact,language itself is deceptive and accidental in terms of ideology and symbol.In addition,this theory lacks of reflection on history,an examination of the dissimilation of the subject,and a clear understanding of ideology.The fourth chapter is based on the current status of contemporary Chinese literary criticism,and uses the "effective-history" theory as a reference frame to propose several reflections on the two major issues of the reconstruction of Chinese literary history and the dialogue between Chinese and Western literary theory.Try to use this as an entry point,to clarify the common link between history and literature in the development of humanistic spirit,and guide literary researchers to establish a clear problem awareness,introduce value judgments,and give literature a humanistic and rational expression in the historical perspective.Theory of effective-history jumps out of the framework of Western traditional historical research and presents the experience of truth in history from the perspective of philosophy.It guides academic research to emphasize the development of the humanities,and to pay attention to reality,and it urges humans to consciously review the relationship between the self and the world.For the development of literature,this theory has methodological guiding significance for enriching the connotation of literature in the times and highlighting the history and aesthetic value of literature.
