A Dream Filled With Worries

For a long time,our approval of South Korean films adapted from real events is higher than that of Chinese films.Indeed,South Korean films adapted from real events have become genre films.However,in recent years,films based on real events in China have also greatly improved in both quantity and quality.China has produced a lot of great films based on real events with high box-office and good reputation too.And these films are worthy of our appreciation and research.In addition,due to the "infinite approach" between films and reality as well as"excessive adaptation" for actual events,the controversies about reality and art have never stopped,such as privacy issues,ethical issues,as well as the authenticity,and so on.However,the domestic academic research on the film adaptation from real events is not sufficient and many problems are well worth discussing and analyzing.Therefore.I try to analyze the relationship between this kind of films and reality,the directors' tendency of art and commercialization of' these films so that we can explore a comprehensive understanding of Chinese adapted films from real events and the "adaptation degree" of this kind of films.Thus,I hope to contribute to enhancing people's understanding of the Chinese adapted films from real events and correcting the attitude of the creators to the film adaptation.
