With the rapid development of electronic information and communication technology and mobile network technology and its wide application in the field of education,a new learning method based on mobile network and communication technology-mobile learning came into being.It gradually plays an active role that can't be ignored in primary school students' English vocabulary learning with its advantages of situation,interactivity and mobility.At present,primary school students can hold mobile learning equipment under the support of parents,and they can actively use the vocabulary learning APP to carry out autonomous learning of English vocabulary.Based on the above research background,this paper will study the application of mobile learning in primary school students' English vocabulary learning.This paper defines the definition of mobile learning,summarizes the characteristics of mobile learning,and expounds the theoretical basis of mobile learning.The author has carried out a statement and a brief review on relevant domestic and overseas research in the subject of this study by reviewing the literature.This paper analyzes the suitability of mobile learning in primary school students' English vocabulary learning,from which pupils hold English vocabulary mobile learning equipment,pupils have the resources of English vocabulary mobile learning,and mobile learning can provide a variety of effective vocabulary detection methods,and mobile learning can create vivid and concrete language situations,mobile learning can improve the effect of English vocabulary review memory,and mobile learning can set up scientific and reasonable vocabulary learning plan in six aspects.This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the use of mobile learning in primary school English vocabulary learning.Starting from the introduction of survey design,and based on the statistics and collation of questionnaire survey data and interview records,the survey results are analyzed from four major perspectives.And then we can understand the current situation of mobile learning in primary school students' English vocabulary learning,and analyze the interview results from the three aspects of mobile learning subjects,mobile learning content,and mobile learning process and have found that mobile learning has problems in primary school English vocabulary learning,and then draws conclusions.In view of the above problems existing in the application of mobile learning in primary school English vocabulary,this paper proposes strategies to enhance the use of mobile learning in primary school students' English vocabulary learning.These strategies including change the attitude and concept of primary school students' mobile learning,optimize the resource management of primary school students' mobile learning,strengthen the meta-cognition of primary school students' mobile learning,strengthen the effective guidance for primary school students' mobile learning,strengthen the supervision and management of primary school students' mobile learning,integrate the relationship between mobile learning and primary school vocabulary teaching.
