Early career planning and counseling can effectively ease the problem of career decision-making difficulties.Therefore,career decision-making for high school students should arouse people's attention.However,in the current basic education curriculum in our country,career education is almost blank.Therefore,adolescents'understanding of occupational information mainly comes from parents,and parents'opinions become more and more important in career decision-making.When high school students make career decisions,their attachment to their parents will also be an important factor in their decision-making.In addition,the personality traits of high school students may also be factors that affect their career decisions.Therefore,this study aims to explore the relationship between parental attachment and decision-making difficulty and core self-assessment of senior high school students.This study used the Career Decision-making Difficulties Questionnaire prepared by Gati et al..The Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment by Armsden and Greenberg and the Core Self-Evaluations Scale by Judge.A survey of 399 high school students in Tianjin was conducted.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)High school students' career decision-making difficulties have significant differences in gender and grade;There is a significant difference in the gender of mother attachment;Core self-evaluation is significantly different between grades and whether they are class leaders.(2)There was a significant correlation between parent attachment,career decision-making difficulties and core self-evaluation.There was a significant negative correlation between parental attachment and career decision-making difficulties.There was a significant positive relationship between parental attachment and core self-evaluation.There is a significant negative correlation between core self-evaluation and career decision-making difficulties.(3)High school students' mother attachment can predict career decision-making difficulties.(4)The core self-evaluation play a complete mediating role in parental attachment and career decision-making difficulties.
