Interpretation refers to the consistent and continuous interpretation of the various events that occur in oneself.Difficulties in career decision-making is the individual in the career stage of entry.It is found that the influence of interpretive style on a person is continuous and regular,which influences the individual's career decision-making.Secondary vocational school students are in adolescence,physiology and psychology are in rapid development.The negative ratings,self-esteem and confidence level were lower.On the other hand,they faced with the needs of employment earlier,the group's mental health and whether it will affect their career decision-making,more worthy of our attention.Based on the previous study,we selected 190 students in Wuhan Finance and Trade School as the subjects,adopted the "Attribution Style Questionnaire" and "Occupation Decision-making Difficulty Scale "to their interpretation of the style and difficulty of career decision-making investigation and analysis:(1)Secondary school students tend to attribute to positive events due to intrinsic,stable and special reasons;negative tend to be internal,universal and stable reasons;(2)The secondary vocational school students have a moderate degree of difficulty in professional decision-making,and there are significant differences in whether part-time and graduates.(3)The reluctance of explanatory style in the lack of preparation dimension,in the information exploration difficulty dimension and the correlation of internal conflict.The study found that the explanatory style and career decision-making difficulties are related,from a positive psychological point of view,targeted to the pessimistic interpretation of the secondary school students attribution training intervention,training,the subjects again fill in the scale,further proved:(1)Attribution training has a significant effect on the explanation style.(2)After training,the total difficulty of professional decision-making of secondary school students was alleviated.(3)Effective attribution training in the process of vocational education can change the more pessimistic interpretation style,and further reduce the difficulty of their career decision-making.
