In recent years,thanks to the development of positive psychology research,gratitude is one of the important contents and has received attention from all walks of life.Gratitude means that the individual's gratitude and affection to the helper after receiving the favor given by others,this is a fine tradition advocated by our country.Interpersonal accommodation refers to the acceptance and understanding of all the behaviors,attitudes,and emotions of an individual in the process of communicating with others in interpersonal relationships.With the improvement of social and economic conditions,many middle school students have gradually reduced their ability to gratitude.They feel that they are lacking in the behavior of gratitude,and that they can enhance the ability of middle school students to feel and are conducive to improving interpersonal relationships and ensuring the healthy development of physical and mental health.In this paper,430 middle school students from three middle schools in Wuhu and Xuancheng were surveyed to analyze the current situation of middle school students' feelings of gratitude and interpersonal accommodation,and to explore the differences in feelings and personal accommodation between different demographic variables and their relationship.On this basis,the intervention study of this paper selected 40 middle school second grade students as group counseling subjects,and used a group counseling program to implement two-month group interventions for the intervention group.The control group did not perform any treatment and used questionnaires.Pre-test and post-test analysis was performed on the intervention group and the control group to assess the effect of group counseling interventions.The main findings are as follows:1.The overall level of gratitude for middle school students is good,there is a significant difference in gender and whether it is a class cadre,and there is no significant difference in whether there is only one child;2.The overall level of interpersonal accommodation for middle school students is good,and there are significant differences in gender and whether they are class cadres.There are significant differences in grades,and there is no significant difference in whether there are only children;3.The result of the research on the relationship between gratitude and interpersonal accommodation of junior middle school students shows that there is a significant positive correlation,and there is a significant positive correlation with interpersonal accommodation,which shows that the higher level of gratitude,the higher level of the interpersonal accommodation;4.Gratitude plays a better predictive role in interpersonal accommodation;5.After gratitude group counseling programs to junior high school students' gratitude intervention can increase their interpersonal accommodation.
