Based on the analysis of the current situation of art major in HY vocational secondary school,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of art major in HY vocational secondary school,and constructs the teaching management index system of art major in HY vocational secondary school from the aspects of process management,business management,quality management and monitoring management.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the grade.The evaluation results show that the comprehensive evaluation grade of teaching management of art specialty in HY vocational secondary school is "medium".Through the comprehensive analysis of the teaching management of the art major in HY vocational secondary school,the reasons for the poor evaluation of process management,business management,quality management and monitoring management are understood.Based on the actual situation of the art major in HY vocational secondary school,the paper puts forward the improvement strategies of teaching management.(1)Improvement strategies of process management: stimulating students' interest in learning to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching;strengthening the cooperation of off-campus bases to enhance practical teaching ability;reforming the way of curriculum assessment to strengthen the cultivation of students' ability.(2)Business management improvement strategy:improving the training system of art teachers;revising the reward method of teaching results to improve teachers' enthusiasm for competition.(3)Quality management improvement strategies: reforming the selection methods to improve the quality of students;people-oriented,improving student satisfaction rate.(4)Improvement strategy of monitoring management: Establishing a scientific evaluation mechanism for art teachers.. |
